A CAMPAIGN THAT DEFIES THE FACE OF THE WEATHER.

Columbia approached Stept for their 2020 campaign. The ask included campaign videos & photos, as well as three short documentaries all centered around carefree defiance in the face of weather.

Stept designed an immersive campaign that began with a set of commercials that established Columbia’s new positioning, “What Weather?”  The campaign consisted of 3 separate commercials designed for the weather-enduring features of sun, heat, and rain. Stept then conceived and created 3 short documentaries for different product lines, all laddering up to the new positioning. In total, we created a year’s worth of assets designed to take the consumer deep within the brand’s POV.
