2025 Summer Internships
CREATIVE
Work with the Creative team to ideate against project briefs, write scripts and / or build visual identities for campaigns, contribute to the execution of various types of campaign deliverables.
Research stories and characters for branded entertainment / docu projects.
Research filmmakers, creators and photographers for team’s ongoing rolodex.
Candidates should bring:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, interest in and at least basic knowledge of some image and video generation tools.
Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets) a plus
Interest in, and basic knowledge of, advertising campaign concepting and development process.
Holding, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on advertising, marketing, design or similar. Work experience in the same fields will be considered in lieu of College experience or degree.
Ability to work well within a team and being flexible to feedback
Ability to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
DESIGN
Work with the Creative team on building out presentation decks and campaign visual approaches.
Working with post production on graphics, mock-ups, title design and layouts.
Work on internal design needs for marketing materials including; website updates, social media assets, screening and presentation materials.
Holding, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on graphic design or similar.
Candidates should bring:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, interest in and at least basic knowledge of some image and video generation tools.

Respect for the brand and attention to details is a must
Ability to work well within a team and being flexible to feedback

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Assist the Account Management team with; tracking project timelines, scheduling reviews, ensuring materials are complete and QA’d, researching brands, products and competition for project briefs, ensure information and materials are disseminated to the appropriate team members.
Work with the Sales team; research and prepping information for outreach, intro calls and other lead-gen work.
Candidates should bring:
Holding, or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on advertising, marketing or similar.
Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets)
An interest in the building of brands and development of marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communicator and natural leadership skills.
All Stept summer interns are required to work 3 days a week from our studio in El Segundo. Days of the week can be flexible around school schedules and may change if / when you have an opportunity to go on-set for production.
Salary: $18 p/hr
June 3rd - Aug 8th
No relocation or housing support will be provided. You must have permits to legally work in the U.S.
